At Polarity Talks, we believe that our energetic bodies and spiritual bodies are just as important as our physical ones, and just like the physical body or emotional body occasionally needs healing, so it is the same for the energetic and spiritual bodies. As a matter of fact, many physical and emotional maladies have origins in the energetic and spiritual bodies.
Energy Alchemization
Energetic alchemy is the intentional process of absorbing negatively polarized potentially destructive energetic signatures and frequencies from the environment, and using higher vibrational frequencies to "alchemize" or rework those negative elements into more positively polarized and creative energies. The result is a feeling of lightness and empowerment.
