Communities in Action
Many individuals past and present have come together with the goal in mind of creating working communities based on anarchist principles. Here is a selection of communities that have been or are modeled on these ideas. Keep in mind that the iterations of anarchy are as varied as the belief systems of those who practice it.
The Mind
Anarchy of the Spirit
The most important ingredient in a recipe for self rule is the mind of the individual and his understanding of his own spirit and spiritual heritage. Anarchy of course is non-dogmatic in nature but there are certain teachings and teachers who have been invaluable in promoting the individuation of the human species. Rudolph Steiner was one of those people. Here is a link to some of his writings.
Money
Systems of Sovereignty
True self rulership can only be attained when someone is in charge of their own money and energy expenditure. The entire world runs on exchange of value. One must question what of value he or she has to offer, and what can be obtained in return. When we waste our time on unequal exchange which is ultimately determined through personal or subjective perception, we harm ourselves, and we degrade the system of exchange. Below is a link to our favorite economic theory, although we encourage the individual to determine its validity for himself.
